You can be confused and frustrated when you start a game and Windows suddenly restarts. Don’t worry, you’re not alone. There may be reasons for this problem. There may be a virus on your computer. Make sure you have updated your antivirus software.

Another reason is if your power supply does not provide enough juice. Make sure that your power supply is adequate for the power task of your graphics card. Assuming you have a newer GPU, you’ll probably have just under 500 watts of power to worry about. The energy consumption is indicated with the specifications of your graphics card. Depending on your other equipment, you may even need a more powerful power supply than the specified requirements. The third reason why your PC may restart by itself is overheating. If the CPU gets too hot, your PC will shut down to save money. In this case, the first thing to do is to clean up. Make sure all your fans are running and clean the dust in your PC with a fan or compressed air.
