Update the Network adapter driver

  7. Click Allow my selection from a list of device drivers on my computer.
  8. Select the driver
  9. Click Next to perform the update.
  10. If this does not work, select Automatically search for the updated driver instead of searching for the driver software on my computer.

Run Clean Boot

  • Log in to the computer as an administrator. For more information, see Creating a User or Local Administrator Account in Windows 10.
  • Click on Start and type msconfig.
  • Select System configuration in the search results.
  • In the Services tab of the System Configuration dialog box, select the Hide all Microsoft services check box, and then tap or click Disable all.
  • On the Start tab of the System Configuration dialog box, press or click Open Task Manager.
  • In the Task Manager’s Start tab, select the item for each start item and click Disable.
  • Close the Task Manager.
  • In the Startup tab of the System Configuration dialog box, press or click OK, and then restart your computer.

Reset Edge Browser

  1. Navigate to the location:
    C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe
  2. Delete everything in this folder.
  3. Type Windows Powershell in the search box.
  4. Right-click on Windows Powershell and select Run as administrator.
  5. Copy and paste the following command.
    Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml” –Verbose}
