1 Open Control Panel and navigate to Control Panel > Sync Center > Manage offline files. In the window below, disable the online files in the tab Disk usage and click the button Delete temporary files.

4 In the right pane of the window above, right click and select New -> DWORD value. Name the newly created DWORD as FormatDatabaseDatabase and double-click to get it :

5 In the Change DWORD value field, set the value data (16) to 1 and click OK. Close the registry editor and reboot your system to fix this problem.
