The touch keyboard does not work on Windows 10/8

Windows 8 was the first desktop operating system with touch functionality. Later versions of Windows 8.1 and Windows 10, then also with touch and some additional or expanded features. For the touchscreen to work properly, you must have the latest touchscreen hardware drivers installed. But there are few other things we need to deal with.

In the latest version Windows 10, the touch keyboard can be activated by right-clicking on the taskbar and selecting the Show Touch Keyboard button.

3 Look for the recording string named MonitorSize at this point and in the right area of the window shown above. Please note that this registry key is not available on computers that are not touch sensitive. The incorrect value of the data for the MonitorSize registry string MonitorSize is the cause of this problem. Double-click on the same channel to edit it:

4 Finally, in field Change string, enter a decimal number such as 22.5. Click OK. Close the registry editor, reboot, and your problem should be resolved after the system reboot.
