The file nvxdsync.exe is located in the folder C:ProgramsNVIDIA CorporationDisplay. If it is in this folder, it is NVIDIA’s legitimate process. If this is not the case, it could be malicious software.
It has a size of 1169 KB on my Windows 8.1 and uses 3.8 MB of memory. The program is sometimes known to consume large amounts of memory. If you are faced with this problem, stopping this process will not cause your system to crash, but it is necessary for the graphics/3D card to work properly. You may have difficulty playing 3D games or using 3D processes.
Nvvvvsvc.exe is NVIDIA Display Driver Service. This process supports the NVIDIA desktop display driver. To disable this service, run services.msc to open the Service Manager, double-click NVIDIA Display Driver Service and set its boot state to Disable. If you disable the NVIDIA display driver service, nvxdsync.exe and its process nvvvsvc.exe will no longer work and the NVIDIA control panel will no longer appear in the desktop context menu.
nvxdsync.exe Application error
Nvxdsync.exe Application errors can occur if Windows encounters delays in rendering frames while running 3D files. Try sharing your computer’s resources, for example, by changing the Windows theme to Basic.
Many websites recommend using a registry cleaner to solve the problem. No. Using it does not help you correct the nvxdsync application error.
I had received this error. Click OK / Finish process / A simple restart of the computer will cancel the process.
If you continue to receive such nvxdsync.exe errors, you should consider reinstalling this NVIDIA driver.
I hope this sheds some light on the process.
