I am one of those people who would like to know what is happening in the background on my Windows computer. I used to use the task manager to manage widgets and freeware to find out what program was running, what my memory usage was, and so on. And then I came across this little utility called MemInfo!
MemInfo displays the current Windows memory usage in the taskbar. The current memory means both the physical memory and the page file in real time. It is also very adaptable. Under Options, you can choose whether the page file should be displayed instead of the physical memory or whether the display should be switched to free memory and the actual percentage.
You can right-click MemInfo in the taskbar to display more details about memory usage, such as the first 5 processes, physical memory usage, page file usage, and memory fragmentation.
You can also configure alerts if your usage exceeds a certain percentage, which can be done in the Settings window. You can choose from a number of themes, as well as the ability to change the font and display options.

I wasn’t sure about memory defragmentation because I didn’t find any visible changes, but according to the developer, the way to test it is :
The memory module must be ready for immediate use, but there is no guarantee that significant memory gain will be realized. A memory leak should be visible in the MemInfo tray value (you can also open the Windows Task Manager to confirm)
If you have RAM, be sure to select the Optimize GB values option under Settings, otherwise the display will not display correctly.
Go to the developer’s website to download the application.
Expert Tip: This repair tool scans the repositories and replaces corrupt or missing files if none of these methods have worked.
