- Check the boxes next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”.
- Click on Clear Data.
- Reload your website.

Adding the URL of the Web Page to Your Trusted Websites

- Select the security in the snapshot directly below.
- Select the Trusted Sites area and click on the Sites button.
- Enter the URL of the web page that does not open.

- In the Trusted Websites window, click the Close button.
- Then, in the Internet Properties window, click OK.
Delete the Website from Managed Websites
- Open Internet Explorer on your computer. Click on the cog icon in the upper right corner.
- Click on Internet Options to open a list of associated connection settings.
- Open the Control Panel by locating it in the Start menu or using Windows Key + R, type “exe” in the Run field, then click OK to run the Control Panel.
- Select View as: Category in the upper right corner and click on the Network and Internet button to open this section.
- Click on Internet Options to access the same screen as if you were opening Internet Explorer.
- Go to the Privacy tab and click on Websites. Review the Managed Websites section for the Problematic Websites, click the left mouse button to select it, then click the Delete button before clicking OK.
- Check if the error still appears on Windows.
