OneDrive is a file hosting service hosted and developed by Microsoft as part of the Office 365 suite.
This is the default cloud storage program for anyone using Office 365. It is therefore widely used by users, especially in working environments.
However, some users have reported problems with OneDrive.
We recently added a user to the installation of our company O365. We have found that their OneDrive does not work. When we look in the administration area of the portal under their user settings, the OneDrive settings, it says “OneDrive is not for this user”.
It seems that OneDrive was deployed when the Admin account was created, but the permissions were not applicable. Therefore, the administrator must manually grant access rights to the “Create a personal website” account, which is necessary for OneDrive.
If you follow these steps, all users in your Office 365 workgroups will have access to all OneDrive features.
