Now open the registry editor. Press Win +R in combination.
In the displayed dialog box, type’Run’ and press Enter. Navigate to the next path:

Here you should notice a 32-bit DWORD SpecialColor value. It already has a value in Windows 10.
This value is a color in alpha, blue, green, red, red, short ABGR formats. You can enter a value to define your own color. For example, I set a gray color here by changing the value data from SpecialColor to gray (the value is 00bab4ab).
Restart your computer and you will see the changes take effect.
