Photos App under Windows 10 by default, all images in different folders on a PC. While this may seem a practical option for some, others may not like it. If desired, you can configure the application not to display images in a specific folder. You can also show or hide OneDrive images. Let’s see how to add or remove folders from the Photos application.
Exclude or hide images from a specific folder

If you do not want images from a specific folder to be displayed by the Photo application, start the Photo application and select’Settings’ from the Photo application menu.
Then, under ‘Sources‘, simply select a folder whose images you do not want to display under’App Photos’ and click the’x’ button to highlight them.
Stops displaying OneDrive images
If you use a Microsoft account to log in under Windows 10, by default, the Photo application displays all images stored in the OneDrive account and located elsewhere on your PC. However, you can change this and not display OneDrive images.
Start Windows 10 App Photos. Select the menu (visible as 3 items) and select Settings.
Then go to the Microsoft OneDrive area and uncheck the ‘Show Only OneDrive Cloud Content’ option , as shown in the screenshot, to prevent the ‘Photos’ application from displaying your OneDrive images.
If you are using a local user account on Windows 10, you can configure the Photos application to display OneDrive images. To do this,
Simply open the photo application, go to Settings and move the cursor to the Microsoft OneDrive area to enable the ‘Show cloud content only from OneDrive account’ option. The OneDrive Connection dialog box appears immediately.
Enter your OneDrive ID and click the login option.
Finally, choose whether you want to view images from the OneDrive Pictures folder or from all folders in your OneDrive account. In addition to the images, the page displays the space currently used and the total space available in your OneDrive account.
