Disconnecting when alt-tabbing on PC
PC gamers reported interruptions while playing with alternate tabs or minimized. Rare is working on a solution, but here are some workarounds.

Grant Sea of Thieves permission to perform background operation
To fix this issue, first make sure Sea of Thieves and all other background services on your computer are closed.
Then press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog box. In the text box, enter ms-settings: privacy-backgroundapps and press Enter. This will open the Background Applications window in the Settings app on your PC.
