Download and reinstall Realtek HD Audio Manager

Before downloading new drivers, uninstall all current drivers. To avoid duplication conflicts between multiple drivers, you must also uninstall duplicate audio drivers.

Click the Start button and navigate to Device Manager

Expand Sound, Video and Game Controllers from the list in Device Manager.

Locate the audio driver under Realtek High Definition Audio.

Right-click and select Uninstall Device from the drop-down menu.

Check the option Remove driver for this device and press the uninstall button.

Go to the Views tab and click Show Hidden Devices from the drop-down menu.

Search for duplicate audio drivers, if available.

Right-click and click the Uninstall option.

Restart the system.

Read the Terms and Conditions and check the I accept the above option.

On the download page, the available drivers are shown in blue.

For operating systems with 32-bit specification, locate the 32-bit, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 Driver only (executable file) description and click Global to start the download process.

For an operating system with a 64-bit specification, locate the 64-bit, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 Driver only (executable file) description and click Global to start the download process.

Assuming you have the latest driver installation file on your computer, select Browse my computer to find the driver software

Find and select the last driver by date, then click Next to update it.

4] Add old hardware

Go to Device Manager.

Search and click on Sound, video and game controllers.

Click the Action tab.

Find and click Legacy Hardware from the drop-down menu.

Click Next and select the Auto Locate and Install Hardware (recommended)
