Click Enabled, and then click View. In the Display Content box that appears, type the following in the Value field:

Disable management tools using the registry editor

Find and modify the DWORD value of StartMenuAdminTools as follows :
- Disable management: 0
- Enable management tools: 1
Deny access to the Administration menu
To hide the Administration menu from standard users, you can also do the following.

Right-click the Administration folder and select Properties. Click the Security tab. Select All and click the Edit button. In the Permissions dialog box that opens, select All again, then click the Delete button. Then click the Add button, select the domain administrators and give full access and control. Click OK and Exit.
