The e-mail signature in Microsoft Outlook on Windows cannot be added

We all use an email signature in our emails to facilitate contact with the recipient. Email signatures can be seen as a word extension for you and help people get to know you. We have already seen how to create and add an email signature in Outlook. Let us briefly discuss this procedure.

1. Open Outlook. Click FILE.

3 In the Outlook Options window , click Mail in the left pane and then click Signatures in the right pane, which is marked as Create or edit signatures for messages. If you click on it, you should be able to add your own signature.

3. In the right pane of LocalServer32 key, click your value data for both (Default) and LocalServer32 named registry strings :

For 32-bit Office installation on 32-bit Windows and 64-bit Office installation on 64-bit Windows:

When you are finished, close the registry editor and restart the computer.
