A notable difference in Windows 10 is the return of the Start menu, which was missing in the previous version. The new Start menu displays a classic Windows 7 Start menu with all applications on the left side and a Windows 8 Start screen tiled on the right side. The good part is that you can display color in the Start menu and therefore also in the taskbar to suit your preferences. Here is a brief overview of the following changes.

To display the color of the Start menu and Taskbar in Windows 10, open the Sart menu and click Settings.
Click on’Customize’.
Click colors on the left side of the customization settings. Here you can select it to Automatically one accent color of your background by moving the button to the On position, or you can move the button to the Off position and select your accent color.
You can have an accent color selected automatically from your background image. If you don’t need it, turn it off. Remember that if this option is disabled, the Start menu, Taskbar and Action Center will display a dark gray color, but the tiles will be displayed in your accent color. You can even choose whether your startup menu/screen should be transparent or opaque.
Click a color to select it as the color to Start, Taskbar, Action Center and other selected areas of the operating system.
You can also check if the color of option is displayed on Start, Taskbar and Action Center. If it is not turned on, set it to’On’. You will find this parameter directly under the parameter mentioned above.
That’s it!
There are several other settings you can change to customize your Windows 10 experience. You can prevent topics from changing desktop icons, enabling the start screen, removing transparency, enabling blur in the background of the Start menu, and much more.
