In updating its operating systems, Microsoft has focused heavily on manufacturing intelligent automatic machines. This was reflected in the way they worked on their new automated convenience stores and their online fixes.

A Windows user would currently need much less support from a technical support agent than a few years ago. Without a doubt, many known bugs have been fixed and intelligent troubleshooters have been introduced. However, imagine a situation where the convenience store itself has a malfunction and displays an error.

Such a reported case is the one where we receive the following error :

This problem usually occurs with built-in fixes. If you are faced with this problem, the first step is to reboot the system and verify that the convenience store is working.

If this does not help, proceed as follows.

Open a Notepad file and copy the following lines :

@echo from network stop wuauserv cd %system root %system root %system root %system root %system root %system root %system root SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old start wuauserv net start bits net start bits net start bits net stop cryptsvc cd %systemroot%system32 ren catroot2. old net start cryptsvc regsvr32 Softpub. dll regsvr32 Wintrust.dll regsvr32 Mssip32.dll regsvr32.dll regsvr32.dll Initpki.dll /s echo Restart computer Shutdown.exe -r -t 00

Save this notepad file on your desktop as .bat file and name it for example Tfixer.bat.

Right-click the file and select Run as administrator . The file will run and some affected DLL files will be re-saved after some Windows services stop, says Microsoft.

If you wish, you can download a finished Tfixer.bat file from our servers.

When the operation is complete, restart the system and check if the problem has been solved.

Let us know if it has helped you.
