The Tile Data Model Server service works primarily as LocalSystem(16) in a common svchost.exe process. If a problem occurs during the process or if the Tile data model server simply does not start, the details are recorded in the event log.
Windows 10 can be started as usual, but a message appears that the TileDataModelsvc service could not be started. When this happens, not only do you see the message every time you start, but you also start losing LIVE TILES, since the service tiledatamodelsvc is involved in updating the content that appears on the tiles in the Start menu.
Tile Data Model Server is set to Automatic by default. If you can live without the Live Tiles, you can disable the Tile Data Model Server if you want to stop the annoying message.

The Tile Data Model server under Windows 10 is connected to Appmodel (Tiledatamodelsvc). This is a system service that runs under the LocalSystem account and is crucial for updating application information. By default, however, it is set to Automatic ; you can change or modify the Tile Data Model Server boot action to disable it in the service.
The Tile Data Model Server service requires that Remote Procedure Call be started and set to Automatic. Then look at this first. If its Sartuptype is set to a different value, change it to Automatica and restart your computer. If this works, fine, otherwise you can disable the Tile Data Model Server service to prevent the message from appearing.
To turn it off, open the Run field, type services.msc and press Enter to open Windows Service Manager. Now locate the’Tile Data Server’ option in the’Services’ list (local), right click on the option and select’Stop’ to disable Tile Data Model Server on Windows 10. This completely disables the Tile Data model server.
Then double-click Properties and select Disabled in Startup mode to have the Tile data model server completely disabled.
This completely stops and disables the Tile data model server.
The message is no longer displayed at startup. Remember, however, that your living tiles will no longer be updated.
If this causes other problems, such as a broken start menu, you may need to cancel the changes.
