How to Fix Windows Store 0xD000000D Error:
Clear the Windows Store Cache
- Press the Windows key and type wsreset.
- Right-click on the wsreset option and select Run as administrator.
- At the User Account Control prompt, click Yes and wait.
- Once the process is complete, a command prompt window appears, followed by the Windows Shop window.
Resetting the Windows store
For the Windows Store to work again, you must reset the Windows Store. Your installed applications remain intact. Here’s how to proceed step by step:
- Start Windows PowerShell or the command prompt. If you don’t know how to do it, do one of the following:
- Right-click the Start/Windows button and choose Windows PowerShell. Or;
- Click the Start button, type Powershell, and then press Enter.
- Run the following command (type it and press Enter):
wsreset - Wait until the order is complete.
