There are many reasons for this. This can be access data, the store application or the system itself. The cause must be carefully isolated. This problem is almost always solved at the end of the troubleshooting. To solve the problem, follow these steps:

Changing from local account to Microsoft account

A Microsoft Answers user mentioned that the following steps helped him.

Open Windows 10 Settings > Accounts > Your Information and select the option to log in to the Microsoft account instead .

You will be asked for your Microsoft credentials. Enter the access data. You will also be prompted to enter your local account credentials for verification. Come in and continue.

Windows then sends a verification code to the mobile phone number registered for the account, after which the user can continue the process.

Restart the system and log in with your access data.

If this does not help, you can try the following general steps that are useful for solving most problems with Windows Store and Windows Store Apps:

1] Use Windows Store application troubleshooting.

2] Perform Microsoft account troubleshooting.

3] Troubleshooting the network adapter. Open the Run field, type the following and press Enter :

msdt.exe /id Network Diagnostics Network Diagnostics Network Adapter

You can also see if a free third-party tool such as NetAdapter can help you.

4] Clear and reset the Windows store cache with WSReset.exe and see.

5] If all the above steps fail, you will need to re-register the Windows Store application and see if it works for you. To do this, type the following in a raised PowerShell window and press Enter :

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register'$($_$. InstallLocation)AppXManifest. xml'}

You can also use our free FixWin software instead and click the link Register new Store applications on the home page.

The system registers the Windows Store application again. Once the process is complete, the computer can be restarted.

Let’s hope something helps.
