The program fixes common errors that might occur on Windows systems with ease - no need for hours of troubleshooting when you have the perfect solution at your fingertips:
- Step 1 : Download PC Repair & Optimizer Tool (Windows 10, 8, 7, XP, Vista – Microsoft Gold Certified).

- Step 3 : Click “Repair All” to fix all issues.
As mentioned above, simply updating Windows will not solve the problem because the files are already corrupted. A better way is to go back to the previous version of Windows 10 (whatever it was before the April 1803 update) and update it.
1] Click on Start.
2] While holding down the Shift key, click Power, then click Restart.
3] It would boot your system in Advanced Recovery Options mode.
4] Select Troubleshooting, then click Back to previous version of Windows.
Use the Command Prompt
Open a command prompt (“Search CMD”) (right mouse button and run as administrator) and navigate to
c:\Windows\System32
Re-record the required DLL files with the following command:
For /F %s in (‘dir /b *.dll’) do regsvr32 /s %s
Note: Copying and pasting may not work with the above command. You may need to’convert’ this to apostrophe because the formatting of the web page requires it.
