1 Press Windows + R combination, type Regedt32.exe into the Run dialog box and press Enter to open Registry Editor.

2 Navigate to next location :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionPoliciesSystem

3. In the right pane of this position, you see that has value data as 1 to change it:

4 Change value data (16) to 0. Click OK. Close the registry editor (16) and restart the computer. You don’t get that error anymore.
