How to fix file sharing lock count exceeded error

There are many limitations in Windows and as such there is a certain limit to share the files concurrently. There is a certain threshold limit and if it is exceeded then the file sharing operation cannot be performed and you need to try again. Actually there is a registry element that monitors and take care of the maximum file sharing limit and it is called as MaxLocksPerFile entry. So, whenever the file sharing limit is reached, then you will mess up with the following error.
