To solve this problem, you must manually reinstall the device driver.

1] Reinstall the driver

To perform this operation, open the Device Manager. Next, identify the device driver that is causing problems. Select the Uninstall Device option.

Disconnect the power plug.

Restart your computer.

Connect the device. Suppose your device is connected to your computer, reopen the Device Manager, click the Action button and select the Check for Hardware Changes button .

This should help.

The other option is to uninstall the driver, then download and install the latest driver for the hardware from the manufacturer’s website.

2] If this does not help, you may need to perform the hardware troubleshooting. Open the Windows settings by pressing Win + I. Then go to Update & security > Troubleshoot. On the right side you will find Hardware and peripherals. Select it and click the Troubleshooting button . Then, you must follow the screen option for it to work. If your keyboard or printer does not work, you can also run the Troubleshooter Keyboard or Printer Troubleshooter.
