1] Disable encrypted pages Settings
Go to IE Settings > Internet Options > Advanced tab. Here you disable Do not save encrypted pages to disk and click Apply.
2] Repair Outlook App
You need to repair Microsoft Office. Press Win+X and select Control Panel. Then open Programs and Features and select Microsoft Office. Then right-click and choose Edit. When the’Change Installation for Microsoft Office’ screen appears, select ‘Repair‘ and confirm the action with Repair.
3] Change registry entry
Before making changes to the registry, keep a backup of data to avoid adverse incidents.
Press Windows + R to open a’Run’ dialog, type regedit and press Enter. Look for the following subkey:
HKEY_CURRENT_USERoftwareMicrosoftOfficex.0Common.
DWORD : BlockHTTP Images
Value : 1
Right-click the BlockHTTPimages > button to select Delete.
Exit the registry editor.
4] Empty the Temporary Internet Files folder
You can delete your temporary Internet files and see if it helps. Use Disk Cleanup Tool or CCleaner to do this effectively. Sometimes the secure temporary Outlook folder does not have enough free space to download the image, so deleting Internet cache files can help.
