- You can turn it off completely
The Sleep options consume little power so that your PC wakes up where you stopped faster and in no time. The probability of losing your job due to battery discharge is reduced to zero in sleep mode because the operating system automatically records all your work before turning off your PC when the battery is low. This mode is often used when a person is away from the office for only a certain period of time. For a coffee break or a refreshment.
The Hibernate option uses even less power than Sleep Mode and lands where you last left it. However, this option should be used if you know you will not be using your laptop for an extended period of time.
