Many Windows users have seen that the option ‘Sync is not available for your account’ is not available. Contact your system administrator to fix this if you try to enable sync on Windows 10. This problem only seems to occur on versions of Windows 10 that already have Creators Update installed. The problem only occurs on Windows 10 because it does not occur on older versions of Windows.
What is the cause of the error ‘Sync is not available on your account’?
The synchronization problem is caused by accounts connected with incorrect configurations. Office 365 can turn the Windows 10 system into something bad. There are also other reasons for this error:
- Connected work or school accounts
- Microsoft account is not verified
- A Registry policy is preventing syncing
- Azure doesn’t allow syncing
- System file corruption
Disable and Reactivate Sync
If Edge has already been synchronized but no longer works, you can try turning it off and on again.
Open Start > Settings > Accounts > Synchronize your settings.
Disable the synchronization settings, restart your computer, and then turn it back on again.
