1 First create one system restore point . Then press Windows + Q, type and select Windows PowerShell in the results, right click on it and select Run as administrator.

2 In the Windows PowerShell administration window , type the following command, then press on the Enter key:

 Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register'$($_.InstallLocation)AppXManifest.xml'}

After successfully executing the command, you can close Windows PowerShell and restart the computer. After rebooting the system, problems with applications on your Windows should be fixed.
