Due to the multi-user functionality, we can create multiple user accounts under Windows 10/8. In fact, I have seen cases where when users are faced with a problem on the system, they first try to check whether the problem occurs after creating a new user account or not. Then we apply the correction according to the results found. However, Windows may simply not be able to display other users on your computer when you log in and the boot screen appears. Therefore, you cannot switch to other users on the same computer.

How to solve this problem? I have learned that this problem is due to the lack of user accounts in the group area of the Local Users and Groups window. It is also possible that an incorrect group is displayed for the User Switch and Logon Screen areas. There are many possibilities like this, which is why we will give you the solution in this article. Before you begin, create a system restore point.
