As I said in my previous messages, Microsoft Office is one of the best productivity suites I have ever used with my Windows PC. But sometimes you have had different types of problems with this software. Well, today, when I tried to check emails via Outlook, I bypassed a strange error.

This is the error I discovered using Outlook. Now that the email program is already installed and the same thing is causing the problem, how do I fix it? Well, in this article, I will show you how to solve this problem with Registry Editor:

3. If you now find PreFirstRun named DWORD (REG_DWORD)or Registry-String (REG_SZ) in the right part of this location, simply right-click over it and select Delete. Now return to the left area of this location and search Microsoft Outlook on the Mail button (see image below) :
4 Right-click Microsoft Outlook and select Delete so that you can finally close and restart the registry editor (16) to solve the problem.
