Use the Teams web application
The Login Teams web application to see if you can still log in to the web version. And try to check for updates for teams and clear the team desktop application caches by following these steps:
- Quit Teams completely.
- Right-click on the Windows icon, find and open the Run application.
- In the search box, navigate to the location: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams folder and click OK to go to that location.
- Delete the items below: C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\teams\Cache
- Delete all items in the folder: C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams\Application Cache\Cache
- Restart Teams

- %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\TeamsMeetingsAddin
- %AppData%\Microsoft\Teams
- %LocalAppData%\SquirrelTemp
- Go to the Microsoft team site, download and reinstall the client.
- Restart your PC
