Microsoft Register Server is the command to register DLLs (Dynamic Link Libraries) in Windows. OK, back, you must now specify the program regsvr32.exe, say Microsoft. Click the ‘Add’ button and select the folder C:WindowsSystem32. Find and select file regsvr32.exe. This assumes that you are using a version of Windows 32-bit. If you are prompted with a warning that the action could make your computer unprotected and vulnerable to attacks, ignore it and click OK to continue.

Finally, try restarting the regsvr32 command from the command line, and things should work for you. You will also not see the message.

For machines with version Windows 64-bit, the folder path is C:WindowsSysWOW64.
