Open the Network Adapter arrow to display all options.
Locate your main network adapter, right-click it and click Uninstall, as shown below.
After removing it from the list, restart your computer.
Your computer will automatically reinstall the drivers at startup. So if they are damaged or something is wrong, they will be reinstalled from scratch.
