Check your RAM
Scan and check the memory using the Windows Memory Diagnostics tool by following these steps:
- Press Windows + R > type mdsched.exe > press Enter.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the analysis.

Disable Microsoft OneDrive
OneDrive has been part of the Windows Essentials suite for many years, but with the growing popularity of cloud storage, it has become a standard application on Windows 10. OneDrive is a great tool for working and sharing files with others, but unfortunately many users have reported that OneDrive can also cause PFN_LIST_CORRUPT errors. To solve this problem, you must disable OneDrive by following these steps:
- Press Windows + S and enter group policy. Choose Change Group Policy.
- When the Local Group Policy Editor opens, go to Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administration Templates > Windows Components > OneDrive in the left pane.
- In the right pane, locate and double-click Prevent OneDrive for file storage.
- Select On and click Apply and OK to disable OneDrive.
