In addition, Microsoft Teams is fully integrated with other Office 365 productivity tools such as Skype for Business, SharePoint, Exchange and Yammer, making it the central software for all your communication and collaboration needs.

Microsoft Teams Activity

Within the Teams App itself, the Activity Feed is the best place to keep track of all important news, including your recent preferences, recommendations @, answers and more. The first thing you see is your regular feed, which shows you all the activities that directly concern you (for example, when someone has responded to your post on a channel, liked one of your messages, or mentioned you). You can filter your feed by the type of notification you want to see (such as @mentions or replies). Click the Flash Filter icon to select the type of notification you want to see first.

How to Filter your Activity Feed in Microsoft Teams

  • Click the Activity button to display your activity feed – a summary of all events in the team channels you are tracking.
  • Select the Filter button, Filter icon .
  • In the menu that opens, select the type of notifications you want to see.
  • Select X to close the filter.
  • For a more specific feed, go to the Feeds menu and select My Activity. You will see a list of all the activities you have recently completed as a team.

To avoid confusion, Microsoft adds unique icons to the different types of notifications in your feed. This allows you to review your feed and prioritize things accordingly. See the figure above.

Conclusion

The above method works for both desktop and mobile versions of Microsoft Teams. However, the figure above shows the desktop version of Microsoft Teams.
