1. Right-click the Start button or press the W8K + X buttons and select Settings.

2. In the Settings application, go to Privacy > Diagnosis and Feedback.

This setting will be saved and applied immediately. You can now close the Settings application and return to the desktop if you wish.

Open the registry editor (regedit at the command prompt).

Navigate to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current version\Data protection

Change the value of DWORD TailoredExperiencesWithDiagnosticDataEnabled to 0 if you want to disable it. If it is at 1, it means that it is on.
