Some Xbox users have the backwards compatibility error 0x8082000c when trying to play an Xbox360 backwards compatible game on Xbox One. The error message attached to the error code is “This game is not playable here”. While some users report that the problem only occurs with one game, others say they can’t play a backwards compatible game, even though Microsoft says the game title should be playable on Xbox One.
Xbox Live Director of Programming Larry Hryb said that several Xbox 360 games for which Xbox One users discovered backward compatibility over the weekend, including Red Dead Redemption, were made available due to an error.
“Microsoft is testing all Xbox 360 games with our emulator to ensure a high quality experience across a variety of titles,” writes Hryb in a new post on Reddit. “Due to a bug, some of the games currently being tested were accidentally made available. We have now removed access to these games and apologize for any confusion this may have caused. We will receive more information on upcoming releases shortly.”

Make sure that the game is backward compatible.
Before trying any other method capable of correcting this error code, you must first ensure that the game you want to play is backward compatible. Note that not all Xbox360 game titles are compatible with Xbox One.
Moreover, not all game versions are backwards compatible. So even if the game (e. g. Call of Duty) you are trying to play is in the list of backwards compatible games, the version you have may not be the right one (e. g. Deluxe Edition).
To make sure that the game you are trying to play is really backwards compatible, visit this link (here). Then you can choose from the filter selection to find them more easily, or you can click on View as a text list to sort them in alphabetical order.
Don’t forget to look for your exact version. Deluxe, GOTY and Special game editions are not always supported by the compatibility function. Normally, basic games are first made compatible.
If you like the backward compatibility of Xbox 360 on Xbox One thanks to the preview program, you will find a head-up here. A change has been made to the backwards compatibility feature that requires uninstalling and reinstalling certain games in the current line-up to continue playing them.
