- Once you have seen it, look directly below and you should find a hyperlink called Advanced Options (on Microsoft Corporation). Click it once to open the Advanced Options menu.
- Click the Reset button, then confirm to start the process of cleaning the Microsoft Store cache.
- Wait patiently until the process is complete, then restart your device and check that the problem is solved the next time you boot your system by trying to reopen the Microsoft Store.
