Dead Cells is one of the best games in the platform genre, with Metroidivania tuning and incredibly fast gameplay. The game has attracted a lot of attention and for a good reason – it is a great success for all true fans.
For some strange reason, however, some players were unable to execute it. The message “Failed to load library steam.hdll” appears and you cannot start the game.

Instead of relying on Steam to run the game (which is a problem here), you can still use the executable file from the installation folder. To make things easier, create a shortcut on the desktop. Some games work better when they work with the Steam client, but this is not necessarily the case.

Open the Dead Cell folder and create a shortcut on the desktop from the deadcell.exe file. Try to start the game and look for changes.
