Decrease UI Scaling

If the Corsair Utility Engine does not open on your computer, you can also try to scale down the user interface to solve this problem. Let’s take Windows as an example.

Step 1: Right-click on an empty area of the screen and select Display Settings.

Step 2: Click on Sound, find Enter, then click on Scale and Layout. Under Resize, select 100% (recommended) for text, applications and other items.

Uninstall the Corsair Devices and the utility Engine

  2. Type “Device Manager” in the search box next to the Start Menu button to open the Device Manager window. You can also use Windows + R to open the Run dialog box. Type devmgmt.msc in the field and click OK or Enter.
  3. Expand the appropriate section according to the type of device you have on your computer. Mice are in the Mouse and other pointing devices section, keyboards have their own section, and headsets are in the Sound, Video, and Game Controller sections.
  4. Right-click on each Corsair entry and select Uninstall Device from the context menu. Be sure to repeat the same procedure for all elements.
  5. Confirm all dialog prompts, close the Device Manager and follow the steps below.
