Disable the language bar in Windows

Open the Control Panel in the WinX menu and click on the language applet. It is assumed that you have more than one language as the input language. In my picture, you see English and Hindi.

By default, the language bar is displayed in the task bar as follows.

If you select Floating on Desktop, you will see the following bar that you can move and place anywhere on your Windows desktop.

If you select Docked in the taskbar and also enable the icons Show additional language bar in the taskbar, it is displayed as follows :

If you choose Hide, the language bar is hidden. To delete or turn them off, simply turn off the bar Use the desktop language bar when it is set to.

There is another way to do this

You can also right-click Taskbar > Properties > Taskbar and Navigation Properties > Taskbar tab. Click the Notification Area – Customize button.

In new windows that open, click Enable or Disable System Icons. Now select Off for Input Indicator from the drop-down menu. Click OK and Exit.

Note that closing the language bar does not uninstall or delete any language from your Windows PC, only this option to easily switch between input methods that are hidden or deleted.
