This article shows you how to permanently disable the driver signature application on Windows 10/8/7. Driver Signing is the process of linking a digital signature to a set of drivers. Windows device installations use digital signatures to verify the integrity of driver packages and the identity of the provider that provides the driver packages.

Drivers that you normally install from Windows Update, original equipment manufacturers or third-party driver download software, etc. on your computer must be verified by Microsoft using a digital signature. This is an electronic safety mark that certifies the transmitter for the driver and all related information. If a driver is not certified by Microsoft, Window will not run it on a 32-bit or 64-bit system. This is called applying the driver’s signature.

Windows 10 loads only digitally signed kernel mode drivers from the Dev portal. However, changes only affect new operating system installations with Secure Boot enabled. New installations that are not updated require drivers signed by Microsoft.

However, you can disable driver signature execution if you wish. Let’s see how it goes.
