Open the registry editor on your computer. Press Win+R, enter and press Enter.

You will receive confirmation from the UAC. Simply press button YES . After opening, navigate to the next path,

On the right side you see a key named EnableBlurBlurBehind.

Right-click and select Change. The default value should be 0. Change it to 1 and click OK.

If you want to reactivate the transparent background, reset the value to 0.
