Check if you overclocked your hardware.

Disable-Overclocking-BIOS

Many computer enthusiasts tend to overclock their hardware to get more performance. If you are one of them, this overclocking could be the cause of the problem. What you can have overclocked can include your CPU, GPU, or memory. Anyway, trying to get more power through overclocking can lead to a BSOD if you push too far. The first logical step is to restore it to its original state, but if that doesn’t give you enough energy, you can try overclocking in very small steps and see if the problem recurs. If overclocking was the problem, you can see exactly when to go too far and stop in small steps. This avoids problems like BSOD and extends the life of your equipment.

In summary, the SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION error (win32kbase.sys) is something to be afraid of. The above methods are easy for everyone to understand, and when you’re done, your system is up and running in no time.
