The default mouse pointer in Windows 10 is white with a black frame – as in previous versions of Windows. While most agree, some may find it difficult to attend – especially those who would otherwise be able to. Of course, you can change the thickness of the Windows cursor and the blinking speed at any time to make it more visible, or you can press the CTRL key to locate the mouse pointer. But under Windows 10, change the color of the mouse pointer and make it black.

To make the mouse pointer black, click the Start button to open Start.
Then click Settings > Ease of Use > Mouse.
You will see the settings that allow you to change the size, thickness and color of the pointer and cursor.
Here you can change the pointer and cursor size. You can also change the color of the pointer. The first is the default setting, and it is white as mentioned.
Select the middle option and it turns black.
If you select the 3rd option under Pointer Color, this part of the cursor or pointer automatically turns white when you move the pointer over a black background.
Try each one and find the one that suits you best, then hire them.
