I recently wrote an article about adding the recycle bin to the taskbar in Windows 8. Today, I will share with you a way to add programs to the Quick Start menu using the context menu by right-clicking in Windows 8 and Windows 7. Of course, you can always drag and drop program shortcuts into the Quick Start menu, but this can sometimes be uncomfortable. With this method, you can simply right-click on any file and add it to Quick Start. Here is how to do

1 Press the Windows key + R combination on the keyboard to open Run. Type shell:sendto command.

4 When all is finished, right click on any file on your computer and select Send To. You now see your shortcut name in the last step. Click on this name and the file is automatically added to the Quick Start menu.
