Open the registry editor and navigate to the next key :

Find and double-click LastAccess. When the Edit DWORD Value dialog box appears, change the data value setting from 7 to 0 and click OK. If you set it to 0, all files are deleted. If you set it to 1, no temporary files are deleted during the last 1 days.

You may need to restart Windows for the changes to take effect.
