Disable font smoothing

To disable font smoothing in Windows 8 / 7
(1).exe and press Enter to open the ClearType Text Tuner. Disable Enable ClearType.
2nd control panel > Visual effects performance options. Disable Smooth edges of screen fonts.
Press the Windows key + R combination, type Regedt32.exe into the Run dialog box and press Enter to open the registry editor (16).
Navigate to the next location:
HKEY_CURRENT_USERControl PanelDesktop
Find the string named FontSmoothing (REG_SZ) in the right area of this location. To delete the smoothing, delete this string with right click and select Delete. Then double-click the DWORD FontSmoothingType to change it :
In the above window, simply replace the value data (16) with 1 of 2. Click OK. You can close the registry editor (16) and Restart to get the results.
4) Use the free Clear Type Switch tool . (smooth edges of the screen fonts) and ClearType are located at different places in Windows. With this tool, you can easily configure your options from a location.
You can enable or disable smooth edges for screen fonts and/or enable or disable the use of ClearType.
