1 Press the Windows key + R combination, type Regedt32.exe into the Run dialog box and press Enter to open the registry editor (16).

3 Right-click the space and select New -> String Value. Name this newly created string C:Windowsexplorer.exe, where C : is essentially the root drive of the system. Double-click the same string to change its value.

4 Set the value data to NoDTTToDToDITMouseBatch. Click OK. You can now close the registry editor (16). Now open the administrative command prompt (16) and insert the following command, followed by the Enter key (16) :

Rundll32 apphelp.dll,ShimFlushCache(2)

Finally, you should reboot the system and your problem should already be solved.
