Run System File Checker on boot

Perform the system file check offline

Insert the Windows installation disc or USB flash drive or system repair disc and turn off the computer. When prompted, press any button and follow the instructions.

When the repair is complete, enter Exit and reboot the system. If the command works or the repair fails, you must repair Windows 7 or upgrade to Windows 8 to repair these corrupted files.
