Another strange error message I received when I opened a Windows Store application – This application cannot be opened while running File Explorer with administrative rights. Restart File Explorer normally and try again. Now, I hadn’t intentionally launched File Explorer as an administrator, so why did this happen – and what could I do?

Well, here are some things you may want to consider:
1] Check whether this happens for a particular application or for all your applications.
2] Restart the File Explorer. Press Ctrl+Shift+Sc to open the Task Manager, locate the Windows Explorer process, right-click and select Restart.
3] Restart your Windows computer and see if this problem is solved. A restart usually solves many of these random problems.
4] Launch the Troubleshooter application and make sure that it corrects problems when they are found.
5] If you are using a local account, log in with your Microsoft account and see what happens. Edit and verify user account
6] If you are using a proxy connection, open Internet Options > Connections > Local Area Settings > Clear Use proxy server for your local area network check box > Select Detect settings automatically.
I hope something will help you here.
